1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TechnologyDrives.Us ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by Harper Inc. ("we", "us", "our").

2. Service Description

TechnologyDrives.Us provides equipment lifecycle management tools for technology consultants, including asset tracking, fleet health monitoring, audit workflows, and customer reporting capabilities.

3. User Roles & Responsibilities

Consultants are responsible for the accuracy of equipment data they enter and for managing access to their customer accounts.
Customers accept these terms on behalf of their organization and all associated site users when accessing the customer portal.
Site Users are granted access by their parent customer and are covered under the customer's acceptance of terms.

4. Indemnification (Consultants)

Consultant account holders agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harper Inc. and TechnologyDrives.Us from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Platform, including the accuracy of equipment assessments and recommendations provided to their customers.

5. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed annually at the current published rate.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all equipment data, reports, and content you create on the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your data. Upon subscription cancellation, you may export your data within 90 days.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: unauthorized access to other accounts, interference with platform operations, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Harper Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Active users will be notified of material changes and may be required to re-accept updated terms to continue using the Platform.
