TechnologyDrives.Us ("we", "our", "the Platform") collects information necessary to provide our equipment lifecycle management services:

Account Information: Name, email address, company name, and role when you create an account or are invited to the platform.
Equipment Data: Asset details, serial numbers, installation dates, photos, and condition assessments entered by consultants or site personnel.
Usage Data: Log data, browser type, and interaction patterns to improve the platform experience.
Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Providing and maintaining the platform services
Generating audit reports and fleet health analytics
Sending service-related communications (magic links, audit notifications)
Processing payments and managing subscriptions
Improving platform functionality and user experience

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only:

Within your organization's hierarchy (consultant → customer → site) as defined by your account structure
With service providers (Stripe for payments, AWS for hosting) under strict data processing agreements
When required by law or to protect our legal rights

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication, role-based access controls, and regular security assessments.

5. Data Retention

Account and equipment data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Original equipment photos are automatically deleted after 30 days, with compressed versions retained for the subscription period.
